Nice and easy. Did an online questionnaire where I was then invited to interview in person at Target where I was asked more questions that related to the store processes rather than Target's values. such as pick n pack, how fast do you pick up new things etc

It was pretty easy, they just wanted to know what kind of a person i am. they asked couple of questions based on asking for help, helping someone, team work.

Group interview was set up in a way where you had to showcase your strengths but also be willing to hear what everyone else has to say. Don’t take too much floor space when talking.
