Group interview first round, around 20-25 people. followed by one-on-one individual interviews with the store manager. 30 minute interview asking mostly behavioural questions and a couple questions related to day-to-day duties of the role

Group interview was set up in a way where you had to showcase your strengths but also be willing to hear what everyone else has to say. Don’t take too much floor space when talking.
