Process was easy. I was given and initial screening and then proceed to be interviewed with an AVP. Both interviews went well but just wasn’t a great fit. It was a pretty average interview.
Went through full loop including executive level conversations and was told that the team wasn't sure about the headcount anymore. Process dragged and each meeting felt like a way to get an outside perspective on Target's strategy. Felt like a messy process with little respect for the candidate. Surprised given this is a Fortune 50 company.
Very comprehensive interview process then involved many different groups/panels. Informal coffee with a would be peer. Recap and walk out with recruiter. Follow up with recruiter the next day over email and then phone call.
