I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2009
Interview
Talked initial with a recruiter, then another recruiter (an executive recruiter), then did a couple hours of a 'job shadow'/interview with store manager. After that interviewed with a district manager. Once I passed that I interviewed with the group director and group hr (group interview). After that I had an interview with the senior vice pres and upper hr before I was made an offer. Used behavioral interviewing process - tell me about a time when you did x.

Tell me about a time you provided feedback to your boss.
The Interview Process overall was not too hard and not too easy. It was a 3 round interview process first starting with a phone screening and ending with a Zoom call interview. A very smooth overall process.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was overall good, they essentially told me they have someone lined up for the position which made me not really want to complete the interview, but the questions they asked were at least good practice

Went to UCF interview training. The trainer said she would've hired me if she was able to but wasn't due to not being able to snipe talent as she was there to help interviewees gain the skills.
