The interview process is with HR/Store Leader and District managers. Takes anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. Fairly easy process the interviews are usually only like 5 questions long.

It was 3 rounds of interview including phone screen. Last interview is with two people. The recruiter is very helpful and can even help you prep for the interview. Make sure to take really good notes from the prep and know what you have learned about Target through news articles, their website and social media pages.
