I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2009
Interview
The phone interview was basic. Asking behavorial questions. They encourage you to be honest about criticism you were given at previous jobs to expose your weaknesses. It was discouraging because they were interviewing for a position, but did not have the position open. Therefore they could not give you a relevant start date.

Give me an example of a time you disagreed with your boss and how you handled it.
The Interview Process overall was not too hard and not too easy. It was a 3 round interview process first starting with a phone screening and ending with a Zoom call interview. A very smooth overall process.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was overall good, they essentially told me they have someone lined up for the position which made me not really want to complete the interview, but the questions they asked were at least good practice

Went to UCF interview training. The trainer said she would've hired me if she was able to but wasn't due to not being able to snipe talent as she was there to help interviewees gain the skills.
