Interview
The process was very simple and straight forward. First had to fill out a questionnaire online. Then after passing that phase you get called into the store for a formal interview where you meet with HR and they discuss where you would fit in well and you explain what you want to do
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.
You basically interview over the phone and send back a short recording of your self. They will ask you questions and allow you to answer the questions over the phone recording. They also give you the chance to delete and re-record if you like.
