There was a brand new store being built so the interview process was pretty basic. I was in high school at the time and all that was really needed was passing a drug test, an ability to articulate your words, be friendly, count money and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Online interview, went through orientation. During the interview you had to answer questions with video and then they sent an invite to come in the store. Show you around to the onboarding process.

It seemed like there were some mass interviews going on that day, but it was just an overview/confirmation of my availability. A question or two about a scenario where you helped a guest or showed good customer service elsewhere.
