It was my first ever interview, there was two interviews the first one they asked a lot of situational questions where you have to tell them what you’d do in a certain scenario, and then the second interview they had me go into the a new day section and pretend i was helping a guest find an outfit for a wedding.

1. Name a time when you had to help someone reach a goal
2. Tell me about a time when you struggled reaching your goal but overcame it
3. Help a guest pick out an outfit for a wedding
4. How would you approach a guest that needed help
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
