I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Palmdale, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Very straight forward and well organized. They asked the usual basic questions that any other employer would ask. The hard hitting question was why you would want to work for them
There are around two to three rounds of interviews - one with a lower-level manager, one with a higher-level manager, and possibly one with the store manager. They each ask you a few questions to see how you would handle certain situations and what your personality is like.

Question 1
How would you handle it if the customer says that the price is different from what it is ringing up as at the register?
Asked general questions to learn more about me and my background, wanted to know my personal knowledge of the store and their rewards program, wanted to know about my general availability
Clear, easy process with lots of customer service experience questions. Lots of basic interview questions like my availability and sales experience etc. Asked why I was interested in the position and what value I could bring the team.
