The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Billings, MT) in Nov 2010
Interview
My background is pharmaceuticals sales. I originally met with the TL who recommended I speak with the STL. I had a half hour interview with him that went well. I took their online assessment. To be honest, it was very difficult. The situational questions bookend the mathematical questions in the middle of the test. Unless you are very good at IQ type tests with questions like, "There is 750 ml of paint, red, white, and blue in a 1:5:12 ratio. How much more red paint is there than blue paint and how much more, per ml is there?" I reallt thought i bombed. My thoughts are that the test is gauging your reaction to stress(not unlike the job itself). Do not quit the test in frustration! The test ends with more situational questions that are relevant to the job. Then I had a phone panel interview with the STL, an HR director, and another STL. Only five questions, all leadership based. I had that interview on Tuesday and have not heard back yet (it is Thursday as I write this). Asked my salary requirements and I said i made 60K in previous position and was looking to clear at least 50K.

Question 1
What do you think would make you a good fit for this role?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
