Fairly straightforward, sat down with management in a small room, filled out paperwork and answered questions read from a piece of paper. The entire interview was about 15 minutes and about a week before hearing anything back.

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
