The first interview was video (simple questions about my experience and daily situations with customer). After a week they made a call and it was basically asking about my availability.

They go over the store hours and asked if i was still available to work that hours.
Online interview pretty easy, the best time to apply is during seasonal and then get hired on after they ask you a lot of scenario based questions and how you would handle it

If a guest came up with a coupon we do not take what would you do
It was virtual. You record a video response to questions. I got several tries before submitting the video. You pick the best take and then send it. I would have rather had an in person interview.
