I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Few workplace questions about how to handle a difficult situation and how to best help a customer through hirevue. Easy process and got a call a day or 2 later

Question 1
If a customer approached you while you were busy with a task, what would you do to help them resolve their concerns
Pretty easy as it’s a recorded interview and you get 3 tries on each question and the questions were very standard interview questions. Just make sure to smile and seem enthusiastic

Question 1
What’s one of your biggest strengths, how did you and someone else work together to achieve a goal, how do you feel about a diversity of background in coworkers
The interview was much more conversational than other interviews I've had; the supervisor interviewing me was very friendly and it was a pretty easy interview overall. I wasn't all that nervous during it.

Question 1
Are you ok with working early (specifically 4 a.m.) shifts if needed?
pretty fast and straightforward. Almost everything was done online. I only went in person for onboarding and training. I heard back pretty quickly with the job offer and it took almost three weeks for the entire process.
