Pretty easy interview where they have you record your response to around 5 questions. They give you a couple mins to prepare for each question and three attempts to record a response.

I showed up to the Target and conducted my interview in the breakroom with the Style team lead. They were very nice and super straight forward and I was offered the job that day.

The interview was online where you were prompted with a question and then recorded your response. The questions were like a STAR format. I only complained one interview and then was hired and started training.
