I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Fresno, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Application was posted online and I applied and interviewed as an internal applicant, along with many of the others interviewing at the same time. Because I was an internal applicant I was not given a lot of notification or time for preparation before my interview. After the interview was done, feedback was poorly received and I found out I did not receive the position through other team members who were notified first. I did not receive any feedback until I approached the appropriate Team Lead and ETL.
