Some basic administrative questions and then a few situational based questions. 2nd Interview: Phone interview with a Store Team Leader. 5 situational questions 3rd Interview: 1:1 in person with a District Team Leader. Asked more situational questions and why I wanted to pursue a career with Target. Final Interview: Phone interview with Group Stores VP. Asked why I wanted to pursue a career with Target and 2 situational questions. Overall: The key is having specific stories to answer the situational questions. Use the format of telling them the situation, how you handled it, and what the outcome was (the outcome should be positive, but if i'ts not, be sure to frame it as a learning experience and tell what you specifically learned from the situation and how you would handle the situation in the future).
