I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2021
Interview
Asked about what you would do in a troubling situation. Asked about work ethic and work experience. Asked about flexibility and ability to learn new things. The interview was not hard, and most of it was conducted online. You filmed yourself as questions popped up onscreen.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Mansfield, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was an online interview, and I didn't meet anyone face-to-face. So, it was a little awkward to act like myself when I was just looking at a screen rather than actually speaking to a person.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team to complete a goal."
They give you questions virtually, then time to prepare a response. You don't actually have an interview with a person, your answers to the questions are recorded. A manager will then review your answers and then proceed from there.

Question 1
You notice a guest needs help on the sales floor, but you're in the middle of a task. What do you do?
I applied for the position online, and was called for an interview a few days later. I had interview with a team lead and then an exec team lead. Very straightforward and simple experience overall.
