they send you a link to a recorded online interview. only takes 20 minutes. 5 questions, last is a multiple choice which it asks if you’re able to fulfill the job duties
Very simple, recorded interview, describe a time you dealt with stress, tell me about yourself, what would u do scenarios. Got a call back to schedule orientation within a week!

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work at target
The process was quite simple, answering 3 questions on a video recording then submitting. You are allowed to re-record once if you are unsatisfied with your performance. I was contacted afterwards within a week and offered a job over the phone.
