Target Software Engineer interview questions

First was an online test containing 11 ques (10 technical, 1 code). In interview I was asked about java basics (class, object etc. ), sql (asked me queries), my achievements, mistakes etc.

I have applied for 2 different positions at Target Corporate offices for software development positions. The first time I had sent my availability to a recruiter and never heard back. No confirmation of a date that would work, no interview, no replies to my emails following up. This was a year ago. I was still interested in Target so I apply again a year later, got an email from a different recruiter, we agreed upon a date and time. The time comes and I get no call from her and send an email asking why. Turns out they scheduled it for the wrong day by accident. No worries- accidents happen. We agree on another date. She was very nice in emails. The next day comes and still no call- she says she cannot reach my phone (weird?). She then said she had a meeting so I offered to give her a call later that day at an agreed upon time. I call her multiple times at the time, and 10 min after the time in case she is running late, left a voicemail, and sent an email asking if we should reschedule. I have not heard back from Target since. Their recruiters are absolutely incompetent at their very basic jobs. I cannot get past a phone screen and am surprised they hire software engineers at all.
