TaskUs HR Generalist interview questions

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing process. Two weeks ago I applied for a role. I was sent an email from Senior Recruiter in San Antonio, Texas to select an interview time and date via online calendar. I selected the first available (tomorrow). After preparing for this interview (which I am more than qualified for), I just received a system notice of cancellation from the calendar system. After logging in to the application system, my application status was switched to Not Selected. I understand the multiple paths in a recruitment pipeline and the burden it can pose, but receiving a cancellation with less than 12 hours notice, with no email from the recruiter or team... it’s so disrespectful. And to top it off, their system keeps emailing me with recommendations to apply for other roles.

An entirely different experience of being interviewed by the Team. The managers were not only giving honest and valuable feedback but also helping the candidate to improve for further rounds. Every rond was unique and helped know myself better!
