Lengthy and detailed, however they are just being specific for the talent that they want to bring in. You begin with a multiple choice/typing test and then are called in for a one on one interview. From there, you will get to shadow currently employed talent and will then have to go through a mock sales call.

Interview
Applied online for a customer service position. Attended Info session. 24 hours later completed assessments. A week later got email to schedule and did zoom interview. Recruiter felt I was overqualified and wanted to pass me to another recruiter who was filling a Marketing position. Did second set of assessments for that role same day. Did second zoom interview with new recruiter same day. Offered job during interview. Accepted. Onboarding began immediately but job didn’t start until a couple weeks later.
