The interview process was great! The recruiter was attentive and very nice. The position I applied for had a tentative start date, which was a bit daunting at first because we did not know when we would start but the recruiting team at TaskUs did an amazing job at keeping us updated week by week until finally we got our start date.

Interview
Applied online for a customer service position. Attended Info session. 24 hours later completed assessments. A week later got email to schedule and did zoom interview. Recruiter felt I was overqualified and wanted to pass me to another recruiter who was filling a Marketing position. Did second set of assessments for that role same day. Did second zoom interview with new recruiter same day. Offered job during interview. Accepted. Onboarding began immediately but job didn’t start until a couple weeks later.
