I applied for the job and got an email for an interview the next day. I scheduled the interview for the first available slot. I dressed up and got ready for my webcam interview only to be met with someone who wasn't on camera and who told me the job was no longer open to begin with.
She said they only had in person jobs at this time but could consider me for future options. I won't bother since they wasted my time in what could have been a phone call or email. They also are offering $18 for this position and were trying to get me to be excited for $15 for their entry tech position. Will never consider working for them as they were disrespectful of my time and an interview should be a first impression for both sides.
Simple interview process where they test your skillset to various pop, political, and idealogical items to determine your best fit. I applied for the political LOB and was able to name the political leaders they questioned about.

Was great and easy but it takes some time and also 3 rounds and assesment is medium level and hr were good and company culture is also good. All qa good worked 2 and half year ...but ledership is not that good here ...

The initial interviews are average and you need to prepare for the usual and basic interview to have foundation. The final interviews are all about the account or position you are applying for. For example in como, they will ask, what is content moderation, what are the responsibilities of content moderators, what is the positive and negative impact of socmed and other scenarios that are relevant.
I declined the offer because the salary is too low regardless how tenured are you in bpo industry.
