The process took months and part of this is because they will not respond quickly at all in the beginning.
Once you get an initial call/email then it will move faster but is a lengthy process.
Telephone interview is first.
Pretty basic and about 20 minutes.
I applied for something I was over qualified for because this position I was sent a standard, “we have gone with other candidates” email. Told the guy I didn’t want the job but wanted this one and he said ok.
Second step is an online interview.
They will send you a link with questions and scenarios you have to record yourself answering.
Third step is face to face interview. I went into the office and it went pretty good. I thought I nailed it. They will ask you to dress business professional for the face to face interview when everyone in the office is wearing jeans because it is a casual work environment.
I never received an email or anything telling me they are passing and moving on to other candidates. I think those are important because people invest time and should get them to move on.
I wanted to work for Taskus and move into another position which I was eyeing.
