Fast and Easy Process. The interviewer was very kind, accomodating and helpful. You wont feel pressured or intimidated. The questions anre easy, fast and simple. Even though it was easy. I got 5 phone interviews. Maybe to help them to evaluate applicants better. And the exams are very easy. No need to review to learn additional knowledge. Your daily knowledge is enough. Even the practical exam is very easy. One thing that I can say that took me a while to finish is the Logic exam. It has questions that are very confusing. Just read through it carefully and slowly. No need to rush, it has no time limit.
