TCS needed a project manager rapidly with the right language and sectoral skills quickly for a project for a large account that was about to start. They needed someone with 7 days of my responding to the recruitment agency's ad.

Question 1
They just asked me to detail my experience of various aspects of my career over time. Nothing original at all. All I had to do was answer. Few of the questions even had to do with my technical skills. There were no challenge questions, to my surprise.
First round technical second round management third round HR. It is nice interacting with them…. Good one to share knowledge with each other…. Easy one can be cracked with better knowledge on the subject
