I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tavant (Bengaluru) in Apr 2019
Interview
Extremely frustrating experience, misleading!
The HR of the company called me and asked me to attend the interview drive on the following Saturday.
I had clearly communicated my expectations in terms of compensation and the HR agreed.
The interview had 2 technical rounds and 1 techno-managerial round.
The final round was the HR round.
I again reiterated my expected compensation.
I was asked to share my relevant documents for the offer processing.
It took them more than a week to intimate me that they can't offer the expected and agreed compensation.
They even asked me for any other offer, if any.
I shared that and the HR even dared to offer something less than that!
I leave the rest to your imagination and judgement!

Interview
I applied through a third-party recruiting agency and was interviewed within a few days. Although I was originally aiming for a contract role, the opportunity was full-time. Given my preparation level at the time, I wasn’t very confident about landing a full-time position.
