I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tavant (New Delhi) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was an on campus recruitment process. The whole process took two days. First day, we had a written test and the selected candidates were called up for the interviews on next day.
Written test : online test. there were 4 section - aptitude, logical reasoning, English and computer programming. It was a easy test. I cleared it and was called for the interview.
F2F interview : there were two rounds of interview technical and hr. In the technical round - he asked me that in which language I am most comfortable. I told him C, then he asked me questions from C but they were good questions (not the easy one). He asked me about pragmas, difference between new and malloc, what is the complexity of bubble sort and prove it how. Then he asked me whether I am comfortable with data structures. I said I can answer. He asked me how many pointers do I need to reverse a linked list. Then, He asked me to write a program to find if a linked list contains a loop or not.
In the hr round, all questions were very basic or typical hr questions like why do you want to join us, what are your hobbies, some questions related to the one you mention. About the projects that you have done, but no counter questions on that.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to solve a data structures problem involving arrays and optimization of time complexity.
How did you answer this question? (optional)
I explained my approach step by step, starting with a brute force method and then optimized it using an efficient algorithm with better time complexity.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tavant
Interview
I applied through a third-party recruiting agency and was interviewed within a few days. Although I was originally aiming for a contract role, the opportunity was full-time. Given my preparation level at the time, I wasn’t very confident about landing a full-time position.
