Interview
Basically Hiring process of Tavant technology consists of Two stages.First of all they took AMCAT exam consisting of four rounds.1. Verbal round 2. Aptitude 3. Programming Skills 4. Logical round.
Duration of all these rounds were of half an hour.Students were shortlisted on the basis of cut off in different rounds.Second Stage was Interview round which consisted of Technical and HR round.

1.Tell me Why should i hire you???? Show me that you are different from Others.
2.Tell me you favourite subject....
I replied OOP. She told me to write a program and explain all the OOP features in a single program.Data abstraction.Data encapsulation,Inhertitance,polymorphism...
3.write a program to sort strings in an arraylist(Collection Interface).
4. write codes for JDBC connection setup.
5.Basics of Testing concepts .
6. she asked me about my android music player application.
HR round-
1.Tell Me about yourself and how youn are different from others.
2.Tell me about your achievements( i told i qualified for ssb interview and stayed there till 6th day).
3.she asked about my projects and training i did.
4. she told me to convince her to buy a printer made by good comapny.(in order to convince her i told that printer makes good and legible impression on the paper.The most important factors is readibility.Hadware Modelling of this printer is taken prpoer care so that printer doesn't get heated up.
Finally they took HR round of 22 students and only 8 were selected and i was one of them...

There was the initial aptitude test on amcat-with questions from computer programming,english,maths and reasoning.Then there is a technical interview and an HR interview.The technical interview was difficult and she took her phone and went away two times during the interview.Sometimes your fate depends on who interviews you.

Interview
The drive was meant to be a of 3 phase process ie 1) aptitude test 2) Technical interview 3) HR interview .
The AMCAT aptitude test was pretty okay and i was selected for the further phases.
On the day of interview, they informed us that they will be having a Group Discussion with no elimination. I did pretty well in the GD.
Up next was tech interview, i cleared that and was selected for HR round.
