Tavant Technical Architect interview questions

They scheduled interview on saturday and waiting more time. two technical round and one hr round is completed on same day. they told next mangerial round.. one day they called and come for Technical Manager round but interview they asked again algorithums and programs basic syntax which would have done in first round itself.. first round also they have asked to right syntax program every thing i done it second round also same syntax program i think the goal of company interview candidate fulfill all tavant employees need.. this is really waste of time to attending saturday interview of tavant even i i advise to tavant dont waste candidates time everyone is professional

Tavant is playing with our career. Recruiter called me for F2F Technical round continuously 3 times I mean 3 technical discussions after that she sends me an email saying that I have cleared the technical discussion and asked me to share the required details for the process the offer. She asked me to resign and confirm to me that she will send offer letter very soon. After a few days, she called me and said that they can not offer me because they do not have the bandwidth to provide me that much salary, in fact, my CTC is below market standards. Now what I should do Already I resigned in my current organization.
