I got interviewed at Harmonya. The HR was very nice and responsive, the communication with her was easy and before the on site interview she sent me the parking lot details and how to get there, she really cared about the experience. First there was a phone call with one of the co founders for 30 minutes, he seemed very professional and asked many questions about what i did in my previous jobs , later on I went to an on site interview with 2 of the employees. When i entered the offices, the HR showed me around the offices and the startups inside team8 offices.The interviewers were extremely nice and were with me the whole time without using their phone, they were very communicative .Unfortunately I didn't pass but the HR called me and thanked me personally for my time, I really appreciated that. It seems like a great place to work.
