My interview was three rounds. The first was with the recruiter/HR/People Operations person who contacted me on LinkedIn. The second was with the hiring manager. The third was with the Vice President who was over the department this role lived in.
The second round of the interview process asked me to complete a sample piece of work that took less than 30 minutes. Additionally, at some point in the interview process there was a personality assessment and aptitude assessment.
Of all the interview processes I went through, TeamDynamix was far and away the most organized and timely with next steps.
