"Very unhappy with the recruitment team as they made me wait for 7 long hours"
The process was quiet easy for someone who could converse well in English. I walked in to their campus after seeing an ad the day before.
Rounds:
1. JAM
2. Interview with a panel of 2 Team Leads(I don't know exactly)
3. Interview with the HR manager.
The JAM session was quiet easy as they asked us to speak on a topic of our choice. After short-listing the candidates they described about the job role and asked us to come back in the afternoon but the second round started late in the evening. I was bored to death there. As I was a fresher their questions were mostly based on my Resume. They rejected candidates for no reason and they even short-listed me for no reason because I told them frankly that I would leave the job as I get another one on technical side. Shortly, the third round was scheduled with the HR.
The interview with the HR will be my most memorable interview experience. He seemed like a nice gentleman and he was outstandingly friendly. The session went on for about 45-60 minutes and not even once it felt like an interview to me he made me laugh so much for every question he asked that I really loved him. Another HR joined after a short while and he too cracked some jokes. The questions here too were based on my resume and mostly were personal. They were checking how comfortably a candidate could converse in English. Frankly I didn't answer a question without laughing.
