Tech Mahindra Techlead interview questions

Interview process is paper test followed by 2 f2f rounds and hr. Company do not seriously want to recruit people but just ensure they showup as recruiters. They do not have any openings when i visited them. Their HR was asking how do you know Java? Am I not applying for same- see Job description for post. HR invites anyone just to timepass.

First round telephonic which was about 45 mins.. Second round was technical about c questions which was about 45 mins. Third round Manger + technical round which was about 1 Hr Fourth round client interview which was about 30 mins
