Interview process is paper test followed by 2 f2f rounds and hr. Company do not seriously want to recruit people but just ensure they showup as recruiters. They do not have any openings when i visited them. Their HR was asking how do you know Java? Am I not applying for same- see Job description for post. HR invites anyone just to timepass.
