Contacted by phone for an on-site interview. It was a scripted interview with both of the workers in charge of the administration side of the business. Questions can be confusing since they are general and impersonal. In other words, the questions aren't tailored to your experiences and qualifications. Workers need to have better communication skills. Made me wait passed my scheduled time and interviewer didn't even apologize or at least speak of the delay. Two workers walked into the building while I was waiting at separate times each asking me if I have been helped. White worker walked out of the building with a "you can keep on waiting" face because I looked unsure to her if I had been helped. Then, after some waiting, the interviewer escorted me to one of the ugly houses in the back. I want to comment her clothes were in better condition than the houses in the back. Even though they claimed being diverse they are really not, only certain minority groups are hired there. Thank you but no thank you I already seen enough. Also, work there if you want your car breaking into. The interviewers are in the same age group as me and they can't even give me a chance given the obvious that the tasks are not challenging. I have experiences and qualifications in that field in which I wanted to grow. I feel they made a bias decision on having me on board since I had sensed one of the interviewers had a personal issue with me. It just showed their lack of skills in interviewing and hiring.
In summary, there were minuscule behaviors I had encountered from initial contact with the Business Office Manager to encountering the staffs upon arriving overall created an unprofessional experience in which was my main take away from this place.
