Took a bit for them to contact with an interview, but they were prompt with scheduling. I did move further in the process, the job wasn't for me. I would apply again for a position.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Temple University in Apr 2011
Interview

Six months later, seeing that the job was still posted, I emailed the director of the program and was invited to interview. She had to contact HR and demand that they send my resume. I was "hired" before they finally did so. The director confirmed that this was a recurring problem.
