First got screened by phone. Everything was pretty organized where I then met with two potential executives I'd be working with, along with potential colleague, and an HR rep. The interview started 15 minutes late but once I got in the room, things went pretty smoothly. I liked the fact that the executives focused on my future goals and I got the sense that they really wanted to get to know me. I also interviewed with HR Rep and the head assistant to the founder. That gave me more depth on what the vibe of the office was like and also gave me insights as the what the responsibilities would be for the role I was interviewing for. All in all, it was a pretty positive experience.
