Interview
All interview were online. Wasn't difficult, so I'm not sure why I didn't get it. Barely any questions about genetics itself, and more HR questions and on your CV/curation experience. Genetics questions were all asked in the take-home test.
Recruiter was responsive by email and gave updates once a week, from the initial email, phone screening, take home test, setting up interviews, the interviews, an update, and result --one week each, about ~6 weeks in all.

Laughably bad. No disclosure that the role was for a weekend position in the actual posting; instead this was mentioned in passing during a final interview stage. Recruiter pressed to know my current salary rather than disclose approved salary range for the role. Practical exam was riddled with typos and poorly worded questions. Most of the management has no educational background in human genetics.
