CV submission followed by a task. The graduate recruiter was very helpful and provided feedback as to why I was not selected to be taken forward to the next stage.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Teneo (London, England) in Feb 2020

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teneo (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Attended the first assessment day which ran fairly smoothly; consisted of three group-based activities, including a group interview. There were c.40 people there and half made it through to the second assessment day. The turnaround was quick - they informed successful applicants the day after, which is good as I had a whole week to prepare for my presentation for the second assessment centre.
This was quite vigorous as it began with a group task which really just tested who could shout the loudest. Everyone shot each other’s ideas down which was a bit deflating, setting the tone for the rest of the day as quite negative. The interview segment was 20 minutes and fairly straightforward. There was also a presentation on a brief they sent us in advance, and fairly straightforward writing and digital tasks.
I didn’t hear from the company for 2 weeks. I’d kept in touch with people who received their rejections by email days before I did, and it was only through me chasing them that they actually acknowledged my rejection. Furthermore they said that they would give extensive feedback on performance to all candidates - I never received this and it would have been very useful for the other assessment days I had after.
