Interview
Fast initial two interviews with the SVPs. Enjoyable experience with both. More informal and character type interviews. After these I conducted an assessment which was challenging. 2 hours analysing a balance sheet and answering financial communications and investor relations types questions after a brief case study. After this stage a final interview with the MD occurred. This was more traditional, with skills and experience based questions on what I have learned from previous roles and how I would react to different situations.

Multiple interview rounds including an assessment, but pretty standard for advisory firms. Interviewers were friendly, making you feel comfortable. Felt very conversational for the most part, but depends on your interviewer.

After situational assessment and video interview, physical interview was in two parts on the same day: case study and CV chat. The CV chat was okay, as the interviewers made the atmosphere less tense, however the case study was a bit tough, if one didn’t prepare adequately.

it was a pretty standard interview process for a consultant role, screening plus first round case plus super day which is 3 case interviews. overall positive experience, people seem pretty nice
