After reading the other Interview Reviews for this company and then reading the actual Company Reviews, it is pretty evident that the people who work at Tenstreet enjoy it, but those that did not get hired......surprisingly did not like the interview process lol.
I thought the interviewing process was very thorough. This company really values who you are as a person. As such, they spend quite a bit of time interviewing you with several different people, often in a group setting. The interviewees come from different departments and include people from all levels (entry level up to leadership). If you are expecting your standard set of interview questions then you will be disappointed. The questions asked are way more conversational. If you, like me, enjoy getting the opportunity to have a conversation with a group rather than just answering typical interview questions, then you will appreciate their style.
I put a lot of value into how a company interviews. I wouldnt want to work for someone who is not willing to spend the time upfront to make sure that I am a good fit. I also love that they did not just include leadership in their interviews, it made me feel like they value everyone's opinion.
