I got the "better candidate email" and pushed back. This strategy worked and if your someone looking to get into a SaaS role I would tell you to always tell them nicely how wrong they are. I got a phone call from the HR person and scheduled a final video interview with the HR person and 3 new employees. It is very difficult to get a job anywhere if you are a "stranger" or do not align with the companies "culture". Make friends on LinkedIn and then apply to companies where you have friends. I loved my interview process with TenStreet and enjoyed every conversation. I think they are an amazing company doing great stuff in the trucking world! I wish them the best of luck.

Long and thorough. They definitely want to make sure that people who are coming on board are the right fit. It can has the potential of deterring people in the interviewing process.
