The hiring process is very intensive. It is a phone screen, 3 panel interviews with three separate people on each panel interview and then an interview with the CEO. Between my phone screen and first panel interview was one week. Between my 1st panel interview and 2nd interview was over a week, and between my 2nd panel interview and 3rd panel interview was a full month. After that one they told me they didn’t think I wanted to work for sales and I wanted more customer service. Which would have been okay if I didn’t already put two months into this process for the job. I suggest you get an applicant tracking system to improve the process. The current job I have now was a phone screen, three interviews, and a whole presentation to everyone and it was completed in 2 weeks, offer signed and everything. It is not the amount of interviews but the lack of communication and how long the process is dragged out. I am now thankful that I was not chosen for this company as they were correct, I was not a great fit for the company if they think that is okay to treat candidates time so poorly and I do not align with those views. I do want to say that my interviews with Sam and the first two interviews were with delightful people. I would listen to those people as well as I think they have great insight.
