I applied online. I interviewed at Teradata (London, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
I attended an assessment day at their London offices. The day involved group case studies and presentations, as well as 1-1 interviews. The day was organised in a very nice way and the company's people were very welcome. I enjoyed the process especially the group assessments. It went very well, although i would like to have more time to speak for the projects i have worked on. Also i don't think that behavioural type of questions are the most appropriate to assess someone's skills, as i believe that companies end up hiring the candidate who's the best talker, not the best contributor. And the biggest part of 1-1 interview were this kind of questions. Apart from that, it was a great experience and the company offered to provide feedback which i appreciated as companies never take the time to do that. I believe the negative response was due to having more technical requirements than stated.
