Telephonic interview followed by onsite. An offer was made but was just meeting the market value. First they tried to lowball me and when I pushed back they said they will come back with an offer but it was not competitive enough. They were also not able to match my other offers but kept on dragging the offer negotiations. They are just not a great pay master.
