The interview process at Teradyne consisted of three interviewers, two managers and one HR representative. The session was well-structured and professional, yet the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.
All the interviewers were cheerful and understanding, which helped create a comfortable environment. Besides assessing my technical knowledge and theoretical understanding, they also focused on my leadership skills and how I handle difficult situation as a leader. This showed that they value not only technical competence but also soft skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team.
Overall, the interviewers made an effort to loosen the situation, which significantly reduced my stress. It was a positive and meaningful experience for me.
