Easy and long. Took about an hour or more. 2 part interview. Interviewed with HR manager and some other manager in a room. There will be another applicant interviewing with you as well. Basic questions. Then you will be interviewed with actual managers that work on the floor. Asked like 30 questions off worksheet. They were all name a time questions.
Telephone interview and the interviewer was late. No warning, I don't recall an apology being offered. Although the interview went well and I was prepared, Unfortunately I was not offered the position.
Was a long process... Seems they are over employed in the hiring department so has to do 4 interviews because they have nothing else to do. I dont recommend working as a CSR as you will only get complaints all day non stop
It was easy and it was 1 or 2 interviews they mainly focused on sales and the experience behind customer service experience. Wanted hypothetical scenarios that would happen when you interacted with a customer and wanted to see if you knew anything about bugs
