After applying for the position was sent an email with multiple questions. Answered the questions and was sent a second email another email with questions of how I would handle situations, I was then sent an email with an interview time and the person I would be interviewing with. The first interview was with the CS Manager and several other interviews would follow. I believe that this type of hiring does not let the true person come to an interview.

The atmosphere was professional. Depending on what you were interviewing for determine what person interviews you.
For instance supervisor interviews with a manger from the department that you applied to.
