Interview
The interview process was very simple. I applied on a Thursday and was called by Friday for an interview on Monday. I met with two different supervisors. I initially was supposed to have a group interview but they were a little bit unorganized that day due to the holidays so I met with two supervisors individually. I knew right away that they were going to proceed with the job offering because they both told me. The interview went very well. The recruiter called me the same day and invited me to do the drug screen and let me know that they were going to be processing my background. The whole process took about a week and then I was emailed and offered the job which I gladly accepted!

Question 1
I was asked basic interview questions. For example how did you overcome this situation, what steps did you take in order to do this and that.. and so forth and so forth.
Telephone interview and the interviewer was late. No warning, I don't recall an apology being offered. Although the interview went well and I was prepared, Unfortunately I was not offered the position.
Was a long process... Seems they are over employed in the hiring department so has to do 4 interviews because they have nothing else to do. I dont recommend working as a CSR as you will only get complaints all day non stop
It was easy and it was 1 or 2 interviews they mainly focused on sales and the experience behind customer service experience. Wanted hypothetical scenarios that would happen when you interacted with a customer and wanted to see if you knew anything about bugs
